We have considerable pricing policies that are cost-effective and competitive. We are able to offer because of the benefit of cheap cost offshore processing and using file transfer protocols.
In general, BPO companies charge per character / per line / per row / per page / per hour thus creating it hard to compare quotes. With us, you get a competitive quote, but you must know how you are presently invoiced so that you can make a quantitative price analysis and determine what are your TAT (turn around time) needs.
Our policy is to get a brief project description from clients. And then our data entry manager will discuss and have clear the project details via e-mail, online chat or phone. Over an agreement on the specifications and project plan that is mutually satisfying, we quote the needed budget and time framework and on signing the agreeement we will start with the project implementation phase after informing the client.

We always require a representative sample of the data prior to confirmation of the prices. The normal charges fixed to easily legible data that is printed, typewritten or written in very neat handwriting in English. We do not guarantee higher levels of accuracy for poor quality data like very pale photocopies, very dark photocopies or hard to decipher handwriting. The poor quality of script drastically slows down our operations. This also leads to higher charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.
We have the capability to handle data entry work in French, Dutch, and German languages also.
